Lauren founded Punch PR in 2009 with the goal of stripping down the stereotypical agency/client relationship to create a more hands-on approach to brand strategy and management. With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Lauren got her start on the editorial side at Conde Nast publications Vanity Fair and Allure before making the switch to PR working with brands including Bvlgari, Fromm Family Foods, Harley-Davidson Footwear, KEEN, Wolverine and Summerfest.
Ryan got his start in public relations nearly 15 years ago as a captain in the U.S. Air Force. He served on the staff of United States Central Command in the opening days of Operation Iraqi Freedom and returned to civilian life a few years later. After holding progressively responsible roles at Merck and GE, Ryan joined the executive ranks at Edelman and then Cramer-Krasselt. Ryan founded Prefix Public Relations in 2014 and merged his business model and operational practices to form Punch as it exists today.
In recognition of his insight and broad experience, and the focus Punch places on communications for small businesses, in 2018, Ryan was named to the National Small Business Association’s leadership council.
Dave specializes in strategy and storytelling, helping Punch clients define and articulate their brand promises. Before joining Ryan at Prefix in 2016, Dave led the Social Media accounts and activations at Cramer-Krasselt with integrations across its New York, Chicago, Phoenix and Milwaukee offices. In his career, Dave has been responsible for the implementation of digital communication strategies for brands such as Harley-Davidson, Can-Am, Wilson Sporting Goods, Dremel and Sea-Doo.
Laura is an intrepid PR account leader. She brings rich, hands-on experience with digital and traditional public relations as well as deep practical knowledge on social media implementation. From national product launches to local media events to ongoing media outreach efforts, Laura has executed communications programs for clients of all sizes.
Lauren is a go-getter. But at her core, Lauren is a people person. She excels at building relationships with people around her whether that’s with clients, journalists, influencers or vendors. Lauren enjoys helping people and making projects go from idea to execution, keeping clients happy while keeping expectations high.
Sarah is an expert storyteller. And, she makes stories happen. As a TV news producer in her former life, Sarah knows how to operate at the speed of breaking news. She listens to her clients and finds the best ways to share their messaging with target audiences in ways that her media contacts love to work.
